Next Level Street Soccer Terms and Conditions Effective Date: April 8, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in or participating in Next Level Street Soccer programs ("Programs"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully, as they govern your participation.

2. Eligibility Our Programs are open to individuals of all skill levels aged [insert age range] and above. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Code of Conduct Next Level thrives on creativity, individuality, and mutual respect. All participants are required to:

• Showcase respect for coaches, staff, and fellow players.

• Play with creativity, flair, and adherence to rules outlined during each session.

• Maintain the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. Behavior that undermines the inclusive and positive environment—such as bullying, discrimination, or aggression—may result in dismissal without a refund.

4. Registration and Payment To participate, you must register via www.nextlevelstreetsoccer.com and pay the program fees by the specified deadlines. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy section.

5. Refund Policy Fees are non-refundable, except if a Program is canceled by Next Level Street Soccer. Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.

6. Health and Safety Requirements Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate. By enrolling, you acknowledge that street soccer is a physical activity and agree to assume all associated risks.

7. Liability Release Next Level Street Soccer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss occurring during Program activities. Participants (or their guardians) must sign a liability waiver prior to joining the Programs.

8. Image Release Photos, videos, or promotional materials captured during our Programs may feature participants. These materials could be used for promotional purposes across Next Level channels. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

9. Changes to Programs We reserve the right to adjust schedules, venues, rules, or content as needed to ensure Program quality and continuity. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dil Dinkers. Disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Dil Dinkers.
